The Author

Day Hardeman is a bestselling romance author and storyteller from Atlanta, Georgia, who
believes in the power of words to heal, inspire, and connect. A graduate of Clayton State
University, she spent over 33 years as a Human Resources professional, Notary Public, and
Legal Administrative specialist—while always making time to write stories for readers of all
ages.

In October 2021, Day shifted her focus fully to storytelling, creating novels and children’s books
that speak to the heart. Her debut adult novel, The Unbroken Bond, was published in September
2023, and her children’s book Braelyn’s Special Angel was written to help young readers cope
with loss and big emotions.

Happily married for over 32 years, Day is the proud mother of three sons and a devoted
grandmother. When she’s not writing, she enjoys jazz music, DIY projects, riding motorcycles
and ATVs, and making memories with family.

Braelyn’s Special Angel was created to help children cope with loss and to remind readers of all ages that remind us that no matter how much we grow, the child within us still needs love, comfort, and hope.
